Founded by friends with a shared passion for Vietnamese street food, Ça Va Sàigòn brings the vibrant flavors of Sàigòn to your neighborhood. We believe in the power of the baguette - crispy on the outside, airy on the inside.
Our recipes have been passed down through generations, but we've added our own modern twist. We source our ingredients locally where possible, ensuring that every bite is fresh, sustainable, and bursting with flavor.

Tradition / craft / a new Berlin rhythm

"We wanted to create a space where the chaos of Saigon meets the calm of a modern café. A place where tradition isn't just preserved, but celebrated with a new energy."
Ça Va Sàigòn was founded by Bao and Huy, who spent their childhood together in a Buddhist temple. This connection and their passion for good food gave rise to the idea of bringing the authentic flavors of the streets of Saigon to Berlin.
Bao brings his experience from Michelin-starred restaurants to the table, perfecting every bánh mì with artisanal precision and a love for the flavors of Vietnam.
Huy has worked in Berlins most renowned restaurants for over ten years and ensures that every dish and every service is served with the highest quality and heart.
We focus entirely on bánh mì – freshly baked baguettes, homemade pastes, crisp vegetables and aromatic herbs. We serve not only the classic bánh mì as known in Vietnam, but also our own interpretations: new, creative and yet familiar in taste. At Ça Va Sàigòn, tradition, experience and innovation come together—every bite tells a piece of Vietnam with passion and attention to detail.
Step away from the bustling streets and into our little piece of Vietnam. We have designed our space to reflect the contrasts of Saigon itself. Raw clay textures meet the elegance of high-quality dark wood. Soft, warm lantern light cuts through the shadows and bathes the room in an intimate atmosphere.

Between Rosenthaler Platz and Nordbahnhof. Follow the smell of fresh bread.
